At the time of registration, the student receives personalized supplementary information concerning the organization of travel and arrival, along with other details relating to the beginning of the stay at the College.

Documentation of identity may be requested at the border, depending on year-by-year regulations. Minors without a passport must present to the border control written permission from their parents to leave their home country.

Students travelling by plane are met up to 5pm at the Madrid airport on the 8th of July and the 2rd of August. In the airport, they will be met where the passenger-only area ends and the public zone begins.

Those responsible for meeting the students give each student the individual enrollment form that was sent earlier to the College. They are taken directly to Salamanca (about 150 miles) in a bus specially provided for the College, and they arrive at about 8.30 pm.

At the end of their stay, the students are brought by the same means to the airport, for departures starting at 1 pm on the 29th of July and the 16th of August. This service is charged separately (see the following pages).

As soon as they are installed in the College, students call their families by direct line (reversing the charges).
