CIS home » Instructions for enrollment Enrollment includes: 1. A registration form. A European Health Card, or, failing this, a Provisional Certificate of Social Security (for residents of the European Union), must accompany the student's personal documentation (identity card or passport); or else evidence of private health insurance. To enroll, one must: 1) First of all, contact the Information Center* in the student's own country or the administration in Salamanca. They will provide various additional specifics concerning the College, and they help with the registration process. They have information concerning means of transportation to Salamanca, and can sometimes reserve tickets for travel. *Information Centers of the International College outside of Spain are closed in July and August. Their services are free. Next, one must fill in and return to the Administration in Salamanca the registration form, accompanied by a photograph and an initial payment of at least 500 euros . 2. Finally, in the month preceding the beginning of the course, at the latest, one must send to the Administration the remaining sum in order to complete the enrollment. Forms of Payment. By bank transfer: Banco Santander Central Hispano By check made out to the Colegio Internacional de Salamanca, and sent to: La secretaría: The first payment of a minimum of 500 euros is made at the time you send the registration form to the administration. The second payment, consisting of the balance due (varying according to the services requested), must be made in the month preceding the beginning of the student's stay. In case the stay is cancelled, payment is returned in full, save for 100 euros to cover administrative costs. |
